Administration and Staff
David Larson, Police Chief
David Larson is the Police Chief of Mount Carmel, Tennessee, bringing over 30 years of law enforcement experience to the department. He began his career with the Houston Police Department  and later served as a Special Agent with the DEA, including leadership roles in Chicago, Cleveland, and Europe. Chief Larson is committed to rebuilding and strengthening the Mount Carmel Police Department through integrity, collaboration, and community-focused policing.

Scarlett Cesarz, Admin. Assistant
Scarlett Cesarz serves as the Administrative Assistant for the Mount Carmel Police Department. She plays a key role in supporting departmental operations, coordinating communications, and assisting both officers and the public with professionalism and efficiency. Scarlett is a vital part of the team, helping ensure the department runs smoothly and remains responsive to the needs of the community.
