Municipal Court

The Mount Carmel Municipal Court is responsible for handling violations of city ordinances, including traffic citations and other municipal code infractions. The court operates with a commitment to fairness, efficiency, and respect for all individuals appearing before it.

Municipal Court convenes on the first Wednesday of each month at 8:30 a.m.
