Tyler Williams, Town Manager
Tyler Williams serves as  Town Manager for Town of Mount Carmel, Tennessee, bringing a strong background in municipal leadership and financial management to support the town’s growth. A graduate of Carson-Newman University and the University of Tennessee College of Law, Tyler is passionate about transparent governance and community engagement. He is a Certified Municipal Finance Officer and is a member of several professional associations. He works closely with residents, regional stakeholders, and elected officials to build a stronger, more connected Mount Carmel.

Jason Salyer, Municipal Operations Director
Jason Salyer serves as the Municipal Operations Director for the Town of Mount Carmel, where he provides executive leadership for the Town's municipal operations, including public works and wastewater services. In this role, he oversees the planning, maintenance, and delivery of essential public infrastructure and works closely with Town leadership to ensure efficient, high-quality services for residents.

A dedicated public servant, Jason has been with the Town of Mount Carmel for more than 20 years. Since 2015, he has served as Public Works Director, leading significant improvements to the Town's infrastructure, fleet management, and daily operations.

As Municipal Operations Director, Jason is focused on maintaining reliable public services, supporting long-term infrastructure planning, and fostering collaboration across departments to meet the evolving needs of the community.
