The Town of Mount Carmel will construct the main sewer connection line and will provide a 4-inch diameter service lateral to the edge of property.  Customers are responsible to provide a sewer line from the home to the 4-inch lateral as well as maintain the sewer connection on their property at no expense to the Town.

Customers will be billed by the First Utility District of Hawkins County, Tennessee each month for sewer services based on the volume of water that is used.
