City Hall is located at 100 East Main Street and houses the office of the City Recorder, City Administrator, and Property Tax clerk. 

Town of Mount Carmel Board of Mayor and Alderman work Sessions are held each 2nd Thursday of each month at 5:30 p.m. at City Hall in the Court Room. Regular Business Meetings are held the 4th Thursday of each month at 5:30 p.m. at City Hall in the Court Room. The public is cordially invited to attend meetings of the Board of Mayor and Aldermen. All prior meeting agendas and minutes may be viewed in the Office of the City Recorder during normal business hours.

United States Post Office

As a convenience to our residents, Town Hall also houses a satellite office of the Church Hill branch of the United States Post Office. The Post Office is accessible via a separate entrance on the ground floor in the front of the building. The Post Office has a drive through window for those residents needing only to purchase stamps. Any other Postal Service business should be handled by parking and coming inside.
